COVID - 19 ADVICE

A holiday at the Tranquila Beach Boutique Hotel, where life flows without stress and crowds, is the best choice during this pandemic period. To guarantee our Guests a peaceful, safe and unforgettable stay, we have adopted a Standard operating procedure for the prevention and to fight against the spread of the COVID-19 virus in accordance with the WHO (World Health Organization) Guidelines of March 31, 2020.

In particular we have implemented several improvements to our cleaning practices throughout the hotel which include advanced cleaning of the public space with an increase in the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, as well as providing hand sanitation points at the entrance of each room and in the common areas.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) has been provided to staff members (e.g. face masks, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they perform and on the basis of local authority recommendations. The temperature measurement is taken with a special contactless thermo scanner to all employees before the start of the shift, to all Guests before check-in and to suppliers.

All rooms are carefully cleaned and disinfected before the Guests arrive and when they are not in the room.

Signs have been set up to remind Guests to keep the distance and to observe the rules of prevention, hygiene and protection.

All common areas are outdoors and are sanitized.

Guests can have lunch and dinner in our outdoor garden, in complete safety.

We remind you that for entry to the Maldives a negative Covid test is required, performed no more than 72 hours before arrival at Malè airport. Before leaving, you will need to take another test. Our staff will take care of accompanying Guests to the medical center for the test, which is only 3 minutes from the hotel.
